What is contract work?
Contract work is a temporary assignment where individuals are hired to work on behalf of Lyft for a specific event or
activation period. These roles support rider experience, brand representation, and event operations at sporting events,
music festivals, airport activations, and more.
Depending on program needs and performance, you may be considered for future activations as they come up.
What contract work looks like at Lyft
Contract workers are employed and paid by Raise, a partner in Lyft’s contingent workforce program. Assignments are
performed on-site at Lyft-activated venues and events.
Your employment with Raise
As a contract worker, you are an employee of Raise. Raise is responsible for all employment-related matters, including
payroll and assignment administration.
While employed by Raise, you will represent the Lyft brand and contribute to delivering an exceptional experience for
riders, drivers, and fans at every activation.
