·       Architect and implement integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Platform Integration, API Management, Event Mesh), Process Orchestration, and other middleware tools.

·       Define and govern integration patterns, data flows, messaging standards, and API strategies to ensure quality, integrity, and compliance with data governance and security standards.

·       Oversee the integration of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and other SAP systems with third-party and legacy systems (on-premise, cloud, or hybrid).

·       Apply SAP Activate, agile methodologies, and industry best practices to accelerate delivery and maximize value realization from integration solutions.

·       Utilize LeanIX for enterprise architecture management and Signavio for business process modeling to support architecture deliverables.

Solution Design & Delivery:

·       Analyze and translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions.

·       Lead solution design, prototyping, integration, testing, and deployment for end-to-end business processes.

·       Provide expert guidance on integration security, compliance, and SAP best practices.

·       Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.

Project Management, Agile Delivery & Team Collaboration:

·       Work closely with project managers, scrum masters, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between integration architecture, delivery, and business objectives.

·       Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and innovative environment.

·       Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical integration solutions.

·       Support agile ceremonies, project planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Continuous Learning, Thought Leadership & Initiative:

·       Champion a culture of continuous learning by staying current with SAP integration innovations, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

·       Share thought leadership, best practices, and lessons learned within OPG and the broader SAP community.

·       Demonstrate initiative and a self-driven attitude in identifying opportunities, solving complex problems, and driving projects forward with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

·       8+ years of experience in SAP architecture or integration, including at least 3 years focused on SAP Integration Suite, Process Orchestration, or similar middleware/integration platforms.

·       Proven experience designing and implementing integration solutions for SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and third-party systems.

·       Strong knowledge of TOGAF, COBIT, SAP Activate, and agile frameworks (such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), with practical experience in applying these methodologies.

·       Experience with API management, messaging protocols, security standards, and hybrid integration scenarios.

·       Familiarity with LeanIX, Signavio, and other architecture and process modeling tools.

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
