- Pay Rate: $ 58.79 /hour, depending on experience

Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable. Our Client, is one of the largest electrical energy suppliers in Canada
Description
The Physical Security Planning and Compliance Specialist, operating as a Business Decision Support Professional will be an expert focused on facilitating complex decision-making, strategic planning, and compliance assurance within 's physical security projects. This role specifically supports the design and implementation of changes related to NERC CIP (North American Electric Reliability Corporation Critical Infrastructure Protection) physical security standards. Ideally looking for a SME with SharePoint administration skillset.
Responsibilities
- Project support for CIP-003, CIP-04 and CIP-006 changes occurring within SEM NERC CIP physical security projects and sustainment activities.
- Identification, verification & tracking of pre-requisite (PRAs, CIP-100 Awareness) for workers requiring new or modified access in Suresite at impacted sites.
- Collection and tracking of project documentation, deliverables and CIP evidence such as PKM/PACS design approvals, Change Request Checklists, to ensure project meets NERC compliance requirements across all impacted sites.
- Process and procedure updates & or creation to meet project or sustainment deliverables.
- Assist with end user communications, change management, general inquiries, and sustainment documentation for impacted sites and workers.
- Performing data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- 8 years of strategic business analysis experience or equivalent. (Ideally looking for a SME with SharePoint administration skillset)
- Previous experience in regulatory compliance or audit and/or assurance reviews is a must-have.
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven experience working with Visio, SharePoint, and shared mailboxes.
- Nice to haves:
- Technical IT experience to assist with CIP-005, CIP-007 & CIP-010 for cyber asset/systems evidence collection.
- Education and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Advanced English skills for professional environment, written and spoken
Additional Information
- Candidates in this role will be working a Hybrid work schedule of 2 days in the office is a must.
- Every contractor must supply their own Windows 11 Laptop computer for the duration of the assignment.
- Every contractor must supply their own “Smart Phone”. This is needed to gain access to the Organizations network.
