Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the AI vision, purpose, and strategic direction through clear documentation such as vision statements, strategic pillars, and executive summaries.
- Develop measurable KPIs and benefits realization plans to track AI program success.
- Create a comprehensive communication and engagement plan to ensure stakeholder awareness and alignment with AI objectives.
- Design and implement AI use case intake and prioritization frameworks, including criteria for evaluating and ranking projects.
- Establish a shortened feedback loop process to accelerate decision-making for AI initiatives.
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and produce actionable reports to prepare for AI adoption.
- Map as-is and to-be business processes, embedding AI touchpoints and ensuring compliance with governance standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams and architects to translate business and data requirements into specifications for AI solutions.
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and change management plans to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
- Provide recommendations for policy and process updates to align with AI strategy and responsible AI principles.
- Prepare clear, concise executive-level presentations and documentation to communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes.
Skills
AI Strategy & Business Alignment
- Strong analytical skills to translate business objectives into actionable AI strategies.
- Experience in preparing executive-level documentation and presentations.
- Experience in clarifying AI vision, purpose, and strategic direction for initiatives.
- Experience in creating strategic documents such as vision statements, strategic pillars, and executive summaries.
- Ability to define measurable KPIs and benefits realization plans for AI initiatives.
AI Process Design & Prioritization
- Experience in designing AI-related business processes, including intake workflows and prioritization frameworks.
- Ability to establish criteria for evaluating and ranking AI use cases.
- Strong data literacy to define data requirements, assess quality, and ensure privacy compliance.
- Experience in creating feedback loop processes to accelerate decision-making.
Other skills
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for executive workshops and stakeholder alignment.
- Understanding of AI-related policy, governance, and compliance requirements, with ability to recommend updates.
- Experience in developing stakeholder engagement strategies and readiness assessments.
- Ability to create role-based training toolkits and onboarding plans for change champions.
- Agile BA delivery experience (user stories, backlog grooming, acceptance criteria for AI features).
- Vendor and partnership evaluation support for AI solutions
Must Have:
