Service Operator I
- Pay Rate: $22.00/hr on W2, depending on experience.
- Work Location: Onsite – Canonsburg, PA 15317
- Work Schedule: 12.5 + hr shift | 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
- Duration: 6-month contract with possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
- Additional Information: Per Diem: $25/day, Mileage: $.70 Mile capped at 500 miles one direction, Housing provided: either onsite or hotel.
Raise is currently hiring a Service Operator I on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Responsibilities:
- The Service Operator I under direct supervision, rigs-up and rigs-down of service equipment, learns to complete documents, reports, and forms in support of the service performed.
- May conduct training in the operation of some or all of the following equipment: shale shakers and screen changes, centrifuges, cuttings handling and slurrification systems, and vacuum and pressure washing systems.
- This position promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process, promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations, and ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of six months experience is required.
- Completion of specific Baroid training is preferred.
- This position requires the ability to effectively communicate with others, perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, and basic reading comprehension and writing skills.
- Basic computer skills are preferred.
- Willing to learn/work 12 + hours a day.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools.
- Understanding of safety/awareness.
- Works well with others.
- Willing to learn and retain.
- Good communication.
- Certifications: Driver's License Safeland.
