  • Pay Rate: Customer Service Representative I
  • Contract Length: 9 months
  • Work Hours: 7:45 AM – 6:00 PM CST | with a 30-minute break and two 15-minute breaks | Occasionally, overtime may be required
  • Location: Candidates should be within 1 hour of: Urbandale, IA 50323 | Houston, TX 77042 | Tampa, FL 33609 | Miami, FL 33178 | Franklin, MA (Onsite)

Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.

Responsibilities

  • Supports primarily inbound calls assisting callers with making their elections, answering questions about upcoming changes and providing support regarding their pensions.

Qualifications

  • HS diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with pensions, working in an office environment and prior call center experience are preferred but not required.

Additional Requirements

  • Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps or greater
  • Hardline connection via ethernet to internet (so no wifi)
  • Basic computer skills
