Global Mobility Compensation Analyst

 

  • Pay rate: $37.00 – $44.70/hour (based on experience)
  • Contract Length: 1 year
  • Location: Calgary hybrid in office 5 days a week

Raise is currently hiring a Global Mobility Compensation Analyst team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a passion for learning about our global operations and programs to support our Compensation and Global Mobility team. Reporting to the Manager, Global Mobility, this role will assist in the implementation and administration of compensation and mobility programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and global regulations compliance.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and administration of mobility and global compensation processes, including participation in domestic and international market surveys, data analysis, reporting and program recommendations.
  • Support immigration assessments, documentation and compliance for international and cross border business travelers, contractors and expatriates, including eTAs, travel letters and visas.
  • Monitor immigration reports for expiry dates and support extensions when required.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors including immigration providers, relocation management company, and tax advisors.
  • Support work permit validation for co-op students, summer students, and temporary foreign workers.
  • Oversee vendor invoicing and coding for all Global Mobility contracts using Open Invoice and Winshuttle.
  • Complete monthly off-cycle salary budget tracking and assist with compensation transaction review, processing and HR system data audits.
  • Participate in specific compensation and/or global mobility projects and initiatives as required. These will vary in size, scope and duration and may be individual or team based.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in similar role, familiarity with compensation processes and global mobility programs
  • Business degree in Human Resources, Business or Finance
  • May consider equivalent combinations of experience and education should you not meet a specific requirement.
  • Experience coordinating with third-party vendors, such as immigration providers, relocation management companies, and tax advisors.
  • Strong data analysis and attention to detail skill
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office for data analysis and reporting
  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting various projects and initiatives.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
