Microsoft 365 Copilot Product Specialist – Part Time
- Pay rate: $45.00 – $50.00/hour (based on experience)
- Contract Length: 1 year

Raise is currently hiring a Microsoft 365 Copilot Product Specialist – Part Time team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Job Overview
The Microsoft 365 Copilot Product Specialist is the organization’s trusted subject matter expert for Copilot and its agent ecosystem. This role acts as the primary conduit between IT and business units, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure Copilot solutions meet evolving business needs. The specialist drives Copilot adoption, delivers training, develops governance frameworks, and ensures secure, compliant, and effective use of Copilot and agents across Microsoft 365.
Responsibilities:
- Business Partnership & Advisory
- Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for all matters related to Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with business units to understand needs, gather feedback, and ensure Copilot solutions deliver value.
- Continuously engage with stakeholders to keep Copilot solutions aligned with business priorities.
- Copilot & Agent Expertise
- Advise on Copilot capabilities, roadmap, and integration strategies.
- Lead the creation, deployment, and lifecycle management of Copilot agents across Microsoft 365.
- Specialize in prompt engineering: develop, test, and optimize prompts for Copilot and agents.
- Governance, Compliance & Security
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks for Copilot and agents, ensuring secure, compliant, and responsible use in alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to implement data protection, privacy, and regulatory controls.
- Monitor and optimize Copilot and agent usage, applying ongoing evaluation and improvement strategies.
- Training & Enablement
- Design and deliver training programs on Microsoft 365 Copilot’s native capabilities and agent usage for end-users, business units, and support teams.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials, guides, and FAQs for Copilot features across Microsoft 365 apps.
- Establish and manage Copilot Champion Programs to drive adoption.
- Support & Change Management
- Build and maintain a scalable support model for Copilot and agent-related queries.
- Train IT support teams on troubleshooting and escalation.
- Lead Copilot and agent adoption initiatives, monitor usage, and optimize strategies.
- Collaboration & Innovation
- Partner with Microsoft and internal stakeholders to pilot new Copilot features and agents.
- Integrate Copilot and agents with other M365 products.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and agent creation, deployment, and management across the M365 platform.
- Proven expertise in prompt engineering and conversational AI design.
- Demonstrated experience in governance, compliance, and security for Copilot and agents.
- Strong understanding of Responsible AI principles and data protection.
- Experience developing and delivering training and enablement programs.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Sentinel, Power Platform admin center, and M365 admin center.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Copilot, Power Platform, Security) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and other M365 products.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Analytical, investigative, and project management skills.
Additional Information:
- Part time hours will be approximately 20 hours a week
