Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage purchase orders from requisition through delivery.
- Monitor supplier performance and delivery commitments.
- Manage strategic and critical supplier relationships.
- Lead recovery efforts for shortage and delivery issues.
- Analyze supplier performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Execute sourcing recommendations and commodity strategies.
- Participate in supplier business reviews.
- Mentor junior buyers and provide operational support.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support cost reduction and supply chain optimization efforts.
- Lead complex RFQs and sourcing events under commodity management guidance.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations
- Management, or a related discipline.
- SCMP, CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
Experience
- 3-6 years of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, manufacturing, or supply chain
- experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing critical suppliers, shortages, and cross-functional initiatives.
