Gestionnaire de Projet
- Lieu : Saint-Laurent, Québec (Mode hybride)

Chez Raise, nous recrutons un Gestionnaire de Projet- Déploiement de BuySmart pour l'un de nos clients de premier plan. Après s'être imposé comme un leader de son secteur, ce dernier agrandit aujourd'hui son équipe afin de répondre à une demande croissante.

Principales responsabilités:
- Élaborer et gérer un plan de déploiement intégré (jalons, dépendances, chemin critique)
- Coordonner l’ensemble des experts métier (SMEs) et des volets de travail afin d’assurer une exécution alignée
- Suivre l’avancement, gérer les risques et résoudre les obstacles interfonctionnels
- Être responsable de la stratégie de gestion du changement (préparation des parties prenantes, formation, adoption)
- S’aligner avec les Communications corporatives (responsables des messages et des canaux)
- Définir et mettre en œuvre le cadre de KPI, la base de référence et le mécanisme de suivi (avec Données et Analytique)
- Assurer la préparation et la coordination pour les déploiements progressifs et la mise en production
Livrables clés:
- Plan de déploiement intégré et suivi des jalons
- Registre des risques et des enjeux avec actions d’atténuation
- Cadre de KPI, base de référence et approche de reddition de comptes
- Plan de gestion du changement et de préparation
- Validation de la préparation à la mise en production
Profil:
- 7 à 10+ années d’expérience en gestion de projets (axée sur la livraison)
- Expérience dans la gestion d’initiatives complexes et interfonctionnelles
- Excellentes compétences en coordination, planification et exécution
- Expérience en transformation, déploiement de systèmes ou opérations
- Connaissance des environnements d’approvisionnement / P2P / finances (un atout)
- Compréhension des concepts et principes de gestion des catégories d’achats et d’approvisionnement stratégique
- Expérience en gestion du changement
- Bilingue, français et anglais

- Bilinguisme
- Expérience dans la gestion d'initiatives complexes et interfonctionnelles
- Compréhension des concepts de gestion des catégories d'approvisionnement et d'approvisionnement stratégique

Responsibilities:
- Build and manage an integrated rollout plan (milestones, dependencies, critical path)
- Coordinate all SMEs and workstreams to ensure aligned execution
- Track progress, manage risks, and resolve cross-functional blockers
- Own Change Management strategy (stakeholder readiness, training, adoption)
- Align with Corporate Communications (who own messaging and channels)
- Define and implement KPI framework, baseline, and tracking (with Data & Analytics)
- Ensure readiness and coordination for phased rollout and go-live
Key Deliverables:
- Integrated rollout plan and milestone tracking
- Risk and issue log with mitigation actions
- KPI framework, baseline, and reporting approach
- Change Management and readiness plan

Profile:
- 7–10+ years in project management (delivery-focused)
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong coordination, planning, and execution skills
- Experience in transformation, systems rollout, or operations
- Exposure to Procurement / P2P / Finance environments is an asset
- Understanding of procurement Category Management and Strategic Sourcing concepts and principles
- Experience in Change Management
- Bilingual, French and English
