Peoplesoft Administrator

  • Location: Toronto, ON, Hybrid (Every Thursday and 4th Friday (5 days a month), every Tuesday, and every 2nd Friday of the month)
  • Contract Length: 8 Months

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for applications that feed data into Bank’s financial systems.
  • Ensure accurate General Ledger (GL) data processing and support financial data integrity.
  • Manage and support integration of regulatory data, including CDIC and other compliance-related reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with specialized teams responsible for regulatory reporting to maintain compliance and data accuracy.
  • Participate in the PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrade project, including retrofitting and validating custom code.
  • Lead infrastructure-related activities throughout all phases of the PeopleSoft upgrade.
  • Support future enhancement initiatives and the implementation of new features post-upgrade.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues related to financial applications and data workflows.

Must-Have Requirement:

  • 8–10 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator with a strong infrastructure background.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft upgrades.
  • 7–8 years of Oracle database management experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database performance tuning.
  • Solid understanding of PeopleSoft security, backup, and recovery best practices.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Cobol
  • PeopleSoft and Oracle Certifications
  • Previous Technical Team Lead Experience
