What Our Contractors Say About Us
Had the opportunity to work with Raise Recruitment. The recruiter that handled my application was very good as his job. He is very responsive and helpful to my inquiries. He kept me posted on the status of my application which I really appreciate. I also have to acknowledge the staff that handled the job posting. She replied immediately when I inquired about the posting and connected me to the recruiter handling the posting.
They also provide help preparing for the interview, giving tips and sample interview practice questions. They also offer an interview practice with one of their coordinators if you want to.
As for the on-boarding process, it was smooth and quick. The staff are very helpful and responsive in reviewing the documents and answering questions. The online submission and review of documents are very efficient and quick.
They also do follow-ups after hiring to check how you like the job and ask for feedback. This was good as well.
They also offer the chance to meet with the account manager when the manager go on site. This is a good chance to meet-up if desired.
As for areas for improvement, after the interview, it would be nice to hear from Raise. Unfortunately, the recruiter who helped me with the application was no longer working with them and my application was handover to another recruiter.
Nobody contacted me for days after the interview which was unusual. No update on when I can expect the result or any feedback at all. I only got a call from them when I ended up getting the job. I almost thought I did not get the job.
Overall, it was good experience but with some areas for improvement. I recommend always finding other recruitment agency that have similar posting and compare before choosing which agency to go with.

Raise is a very good company to work with as a contractor. The administration follows up regularly and pays attention to pressing issues. The contractor portal is pretty straight forward and easy to use. Time and invoice submission are great and easy to use. And they pay on time! Overall a very good experience so far!

I was skeptical at first with the emails, but then saw how responsive Raise Recruiting team is with answering any questions, concerns, and technical assistance I felt this was a company I absolutely recommend others to work for. Their due diligence in follow-ups and getting me on the enrollment process is what sealed the deal for me. I am happy and satisfied in the projects I am working on. Also the onboarding process was quick and easy.
