Agricultural Customer Care Summer Intern – English & French (Bilingual)

As an Agricultural Customer Care Summer Intern, you’ll help customers succeed by providing product support and claims assistance, all while building the skills to launch your career.

Internship Details:

  • Duration: 4 months (Summer)
  • Locations: Calgary (head office)
  • Compensation: $25 – $32 hourly
  • Position details: 2 positions
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week. Overtime available. With work required on Weekends during peak season.

What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Care Centre Summer Intern, you will:

  • Help customers make confident decisions by resolving their product, agronomic and programming inquiries
  • Drive awareness and adoption of BASF solutions through various demand generation activities
  • Own the outcome of customer claims by delivering timely and effective resolutions
  • Build valuable industry experience and collaborate with BASF teams to grow your skills

What We’re Looking For:

  • You’re currently enrolled in an Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Science or related degree program
  • Passionate about agriculture and interested in supporting Canadian growers
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to solving problems
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team

To be eligible for this internship, you must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary program and returning to studies following the internship. Applications from individuals who have already graduated will not be considered.
