Role Summary
As a Material Handler I, you will work hands-on in a dynamic environment to support the production of multimillion-dollar display and wafer fabrication equipment. You are a key link in the supply chain, responsible for ensuring that high-value components are accurately tracked, audited, and delivered to manufacturing teams to power the technology we use every day.
In this role, you will perform day-to-day material handling activities with a high degree of independence. Your responsibilities include verifying inventory integrity through cycle counts, processing nonconforming materials, and maintaining the flow of stock to manufacturing lines. You will use inventory systems such as Oracle or SAP to update records and may assist in training other Material Coordinators as needed.

Work Schedule & Compensation
We offer various shift options including standard 8-hour shifts and 10-hour Compressed Work Weeks (CWW).
- Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift (Day): Mon–Fri | Start between 5:00 AM – 6:30 AM.
- 2nd Shift (Swing): Mon–Fri | Start between 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
- 3rd Shift (Night): Mon–Fri | Start at 10:00 PM.
- Weekend Shifts: Fri–Mon
- Shift Differentials (Earn More per Hour!):
- 2nd Shift (Swing): +10%
- 3rd Shift (Night): +13%
- Weekend Day: +10%
- Weekend Swing: +18%
- Weekend Night: +23%

Responsibilities
- Inventory & Auditing: Locate, audit, and transfer kits or materials; perform cycle counts to maintain inventory and process nonconforming material.
- Logistics Support: Perform satellite receiving functions; may handle material pick-up or drop-off at vendor sites using a company van or truck.
- System Management: Receive parts and update inventory records in Oracle, SAP, or other inventory systems; monitor and maintain shortage reports.
- Manufacturing Flow: Replenish empty line-side bins and move stock as required to prevent the accumulation of excess material.
- Equipment Operation: Operate powered industrial vehicles including pallet jacks, forklifts, or overhead cranes.
- Leadership & Safety: Train other Material Coordinators as required; adhere to all safety standards and prepare material for cleanroom delivery.
- Problem Solving: Recognize and solve typical problems in the work area without immediate supervisory approval.
Qualifications
- Minimum: High school diploma.
- Experience: 0-4 years of experience in material handling, logistics, or comparable industries (Automotive, Aviation, Military).
- Skills: Proficiency in day-to-day material activities, knowledge of inventory systems, and ability to follow documented business processes.
Physical Requirements & Environment
- Physical Demands: Requires standing for extended periods, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, and climbing.
- Cleanroom Protocol: Requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves.
- Safety: Must be able to distinguish between colors and work in an environment with noise.
- Machinery: Ability to drive a van/truck and operate heavy machinery (forklifts).
