Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess current asset lifecycle management practices, processes, and systems
• Conduct Asset Management maturity assessments aligned with ISO 55000 or equivalent frameworks
• Identify gaps related to governance, processes, data quality, and technology
• Define future-state asset management capabilities and operating models
• Develop business models, capability maps, and process frameworks
• Lead development of the Asset Management Solution Strategy Report
• Define strategic recommendations and implementation roadmap
• Gather and document business and functional requirements for EAM solutions
• Support evaluation of EAM platforms such as IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, Oracle, and similar technologies
• Develop evaluation criteria and decision frameworks
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and business engagement sessions
• Align stakeholders on business priorities and standardization opportunities
• Provide advisory services related to asset management best practices
Mandatory Qualifications:
• Degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong experience supporting asset management, infrastructure, or enterprise transformation initiatives
• Expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process modelling, gap analysis, and documentation
• Experience conducting Asset Management maturity assessments aligned with ISO 55000 frameworks
• Public sector, municipal, utility, or infrastructure sector experience preferred
• Experience developing future-state operating models and strategic recommendations
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platforms including IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, Oracle, or similar systems
• Excellent workshop facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience preparing strategy reports, assessments, capability models, and business requirements documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Visio
