ServiceNow Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare project definition and scope documentation with management guidance
• Collaborate with ServiceNow technical leads, business leads, and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
• Manage project work plans, enterprise stage gate documentation, schedules, and progress reporting
• Prepare budget estimates and monitor project expenses
• Facilitate approvals and ensure adherence to procurement and finance policies
• Prepare executive and senior management communications and status reporting
• Conduct research related to project management tools and future project initiatives
• Follow internal project management standards and established processes
• Serve as focal point for secure and confidential project information
• Support additional activities as directed by ServiceNow Portfolio Management leadership
Required Qualifications:
• Extensive experience managing enterprise-wide IT transformation projects within complex multi-departmental environments
• Strong experience in budget management, timeline management, resource planning, risk management, issue management, and organizational change management
• Experience managing procurement activities, vendor management, and contract negotiations
• Hands-on experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery
• Proven experience managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations using hybrid Agile delivery approaches
• Experience facilitating scrum ceremonies and managing velocity-driven sprint execution
• PMP Certification – Mandatory
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification and/or ServiceNow certification considered an asset
• Strong proficiency with project management tools and enterprise technology delivery frameworks
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to executive and senior leadership teams
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities with technical project delivery teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline

• HAM
• ITSM
