Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end audit remediation project plan for finding I09113 (Inadequate Patch Management Governance)
- Track, manage, and report on all remediation workstreams, milestones, owners, and deadlines
- Coordinate across 30+ I&E patching teams, internal audit, ORM, RACA, and senior leadership
- Plan and execute the formal handover of all remediation activities and ongoing governance responsibilities to the PCoE team
- Ensure all 15–20 required artifacts per patching team are defined, assigned, produced, and stored by deadline
- Develop and maintain project status reporting for TOG/PTOG, CIO leadership, and audit stakeholders
- Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and timeline threats — with clear mitigation plans
- Run working sessions, steering meetings, and cross-functional alignment forums
- Establish a governance cadence within the PCoE that can sustain itself post-handover
- Ensure the full audit remediation is audit-exam-ready prior to project closure
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of project management experience; financial services or regulated industry required
- PMP designation preferred; experience managing audit remediation or regulatory response projects is a strong differentiator
- Proven ability to coordinate large, cross-functional programmes across multiple delivery teams
- Experience managing projects with direct regulatory or internal audit exposure
- Strong stakeholder management — comfortable engaging CIO-level and VP-level sponsors
- Excellent risk and issue management discipline; proactive escalation culture
- Familiarity with patch management, infrastructure governance, or IT controls is an asset
- Proficiency with project tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint); structured reporting capability
- Strong written and verbal communication—able to translate technical programme status into executive language
