  • Build integrated, regionally consistent interpretations constrained by seismic, well, and core data.
  • Evaluate appraisal opportunities through prospect generation, maturation, risk assessment, and drilling support.
  • Collaborate closely with reservoir, drilling, and production engineering teams to develop field development plans and execute drilling programs.
  • Support well planning and execution activities by providing geological insights and recommendations for drilling operations.
  • Identify, assess, and communicate subsurface risks and uncertainties to support investment and development decisions.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry or related geoscience fields.
  • Strong experience with Petrel software for subsurface interpretation and reservoir characterization.
  • Proven ability to independently integrate diverse datasets, including seismic, well log, core, and reservoir information.
  • Experience supporting well planning, drilling execution, and development projects.
  • Strong quantitative interpretation and analytical skills with the ability to make sound technical judgments.
  • Demonstrated success working in multidisciplinary teams across geoscience and engineering functions.
  • Excellent technical report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring and developing technical professionals preferred.
