Technology Infrastructure Project Manager
- Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (2 days/week in office)
- Pay Rate: $88.38/hr – $102.16/hr
- Contract Length: 9 Months

Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Coordinate project activities, tasks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution and delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate project updates, and manage expectations. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment and support for project objectives.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges and obstacles to keep projects on track and within scope.
- Resource Allocation and Management: Allocate resources effectively to support project activities and deliverables. Coordinate with resource managers to ensure availability of required personnel and skillsets.
- Budget Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project budget and expenditures, tracking costs and ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Prepare regular reports and updates for stakeholders on project budget status and financial performance.
- Quality Assurance: Define and enforce quality standards for project deliverables, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Conduct quality reviews and inspections to validate the completeness and accuracy of project outputs.
- Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and requirements, assessing impacts and obtaining approvals as necessary. Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders and project team members, ensuring understanding and buy-in.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports. Establish a knowledge repository for lessons learned, best practices, and project artifacts to facilitate future projects. Contribute to the maturation journey of our Technology Operations PMO.
Must-Have Requirement:
- 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Technology Infrastructure projects.
- CSM certification, with experience leading Scrum teams.
- Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management experience.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in the banking/financial services industry.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification.
- Software delivery experience.
