About Raise

Raise is a workforce solutions company delivering high-volume contingent recruitment and onsite programme management for some of the world's leading manufacturers. We work high-tech and high-touch, pairing smart systems with genuine, people-first delivery. We're building our Singapore onsite team to support a major global semiconductor manufacturer in the East Region.

About the Role

Our Workforce Experience Executives are warm, attentive, and proactive. They make sure every contingent worker feels supported from day one through the end of the assignment. You'll own the relationship — checking in regularly, catching problems before they escalate, and making sure workers feel heard, valued, and set up to succeed for the full length of their contract. This is a relationship-first role for someone who genuinely enjoys people and follow-through.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary relationship point of contact for contingent workers across the full lifecycle of their assignment — not just onboarding, but every touchpoint through to contract completion.
  • Conduct regular, proactive check-ins (in person, by phone, and by message) to gauge worker satisfaction, surface concerns early, and reduce avoidable attrition.
  • Follow up closely on any open issues, questions, or complaints raised by contingent workers, so nothing falls through the cracks, and every query gets closed out.
  • Build genuine rapport with workers so they have someone approachable to turn to — maintain an open, confidential, and non-judgmental line of communication.
  • Track individual worker milestones (probation periods, contract renewals, performance reviews) and reach out proactively at key moments in the assignment.
  • Partner closely with the Onsite Coordinator and Client Manager to relay engagement trends, satisfaction signals, and early warning signs from the ground.
  • Support re-engagement and redeployment conversations for workers nearing the end of an assignment, helping connect them to future opportunities where possible.
  • Escalate employee relations concerns, safety issues, or compliance matters to the appropriate Raise, EOR, or client contact, and follow through to confirm resolution.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of worker interactions, sentiment, and follow-up actions for reporting purposes.
  • Support Day Zero and early-days onboarding touchpoints where a warm, high-touch introduction adds value.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • At least two years in a candidate care, employee relations, HR coordination, or customer success role — ideally supporting a contingent or blue-collar workforce.
  • Ideally holds a current Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) or is willing to study for and obtain it.
  • A genuine people-first mindset: patient, warm, and an active listener who follows through on commitments.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills — you'll be tracking many workers' journeys at once.
  •
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Our contingent workforce speaks a range of languages, so comfort communicating across language lines is valuable; conversational Mandarin, Tamil, or Bahasa Indonesia/Melayu is useful preparation for the role, though not required.
  • Comfort working with Microsoft Office and web-based systems; experience with a VMS such as SAP Fieldglass is an advantage.
  • Ability to work onsite at the client location in Upper Changi and adjust your schedule based on worker and business needs.

What We Offer

  • A pivotal, relationship-focused role on a flagship global semiconductor account from day one.
  • A supportive onshore/offshore team built so no single person becomes a bottleneck.
  • Genuine career progression as the programme scales.
  • Shuttle transport access from a nearby MRT station to our client site.
  • A collaborative, supportive onsite working environment at one of Singapore's most respected manufacturing employers.
