Senior Manager, Procurement Sourcing
Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid – (4 days onsite, 1 day Remote)
Contract Length: 12 Months.

Responsibilities:
- Forecasting, planning, and correctly assessing needs for goods and services to project stock levels, manage budgets, and preparing reports
- Liaising with suppliers and following up with suppliers concerning delivery times
- Networking and negotiating with suppliers to ensure price adjustments and access to best costs. Research new suppliers
- Management of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process including review of tenders
- Follow market trends
Must have skills:
- 10-15 years of procurement sourcing experience, not purchasing experience (No flexibility for less)*
- Previous technology sourcing (5 years minimum experience)*
- Experience in Strategic Sourcing with a focus on IT contracting.
- Leads negotiations for complex deals with a total contract value $5Million or more*
- Contract authoring and editing*
- Experience in leading and supporting cross functional stakeholder interactions/relationships*
- Post-secondary education in Finance, Related.
- Purchasing field or Procurement Designation*
Nice to have skills:
- Proven experience sourcing and negotiating deals with AI providers
- Understanding of procurement law and/or regulations
- Business and Financial Acumen
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Strong contract acumen
- Strong analytical skills
- Achieving financial targets (individual targets of $5MM savings, and team targets of $25MM)
