Sourcing Manager
- Location: Toronto, ON/Vancouver, BC – Hybrid (4 days on site)
- Toronto, ON – Pay Rate: $61.12/hr – $72.15/hr
- Vancouver, BC – Pay Rate: $59.95/hr – $72.15/hr
- Contract Length: 10 Months

Responsibilities:
- Working with the Director, Global Procurement – Functions, this role will:
- Communicate with internal stakeholders via emails, instant messaging, via video call or in-person meeting to discuss business requirements and sourcing project updates
- Coordinate sourcing activities with suppliers, including but not limited to RFPs
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with Suppliers
- Coordinate contributions from various Centers of Governance
- Coordinate internal parties and suppliers to review and align on potential contract gaps
- Analyze opportunities and recommend sourcing strategies/optimal course of action in compliance with Banking policies and processes
- Reporting and administrative activities in connection with contract and sourcing initiatives.
Must have skills:
- Ideally 7+ years of overall experience.
- 5+ years in strategic roles involving negotiating complex deals and interacting/challenging executive or senior leaders.
- General procurement knowledge but lacked depth in areas such as procurement software and complex deal management.
- Proven experience influencing and interacting with senior leaders at the enterprise or large-company level, including work on complex deals.
- Experience leading RFPs end-to-end.
- Strong background in negotiating and drafting contracts with minimal support from Legal Counsel.
- Experience in management consulting and software categories.
- Excellent soft skills
- Superb communication skills, with strong storytelling and executive-level stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong critical thinking and a growth mindset.
Nice to have skills:
- Experience with Ivalua or similar tools such as Ariba.
