  • Pay Rate: $45.00-$50.00/hour on W2
  • Contract Length: 6 months
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time (must be flexible)
  • Training Schedule: Dependent upon experience, training for other CLM applications may be required

Overview

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with expertise in Conga CLM and Agile delivery methodology to join our team.
  • This role will be a key contributor to enterprise contract lifecycle management support and ongoing development projects, working closely with clients to understand business needs, analyze contracting processes, and support the design and deployment of Conga CLM optimization and enhancements.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution configuration, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions that drive efficiency and compliance in contract management.

Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Lead scrums and other meetings with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements during Agile sprint planning and story grooming.
    • Develop a deep understanding of client contract management processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into functional requirements and aligning solutions with strategic goals.
  • Process Analysis & Future-State Design
    • Analyze current-state contract lifecycle processes, including contract creation, approval, negotiation, and post-execution management.
    • Collaborate with clients to design future-state processes, focusing on best practices and optimizing the CLM workflow for scalability and compliance.
    • Develop and present detailed process maps, functional specifications, and solution documentation for stakeholder review, as needed.
  • Solution Configuration & Implementation Support
    • Configure Conga CLM systems based on ticket requirements, including setting up workflows, templates, metadata, and reporting dashboards.
    • Validate and support testing of all new configurations against ticket criteria, including developing test cases, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshooting issues to ensure solution quality, as needed.
    • Partner with technical teams to oversee and validate customizations, integrations, and data migrations as part of the ongoing CLM development.
  • Training & User Adoption
    • Develop training materials, user guides, and process documentation to ensure an up-to-date digital Center of Excellence and support end-user adoption of the CLM system.
    • If requested, conduct training sessions and workshops to familiarize users with new processes, workflows, and system functionality.
    • Serve as a point of contact for support, addressing user queries and prioritizing new tickets for system enhancements.
  • Continuous Improvement & Reporting
    • Monitor solution performance and user feedback post-deployment, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Leverage data from the CLM system to generate insights on contract performance, cycle times, and compliance metrics.
    • Provide actionable reports and dashboards to stakeholders, showcasing the impact of the CLM enhancements on business objectives.

Top Required Skills:

  • Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation experience
  • Business Analyst experience (3+ years)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Conga certified with demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution configuration within Conga CLM.
  • Deep understanding of contract lifecycle processes and enterprise legal operations.
  • Experience supporting complex configuration and Apex coding as part of a live, enterprise CLM system.
  • Experience delivering solutions to clients using Agile methodology, leading daily scrums, sprint planning, grooming and t-shirt sizing of stories, deployment planning, and retrospectives.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to derive insights from contract performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with ticketing system tools like Jira or ServiceNow to manage requests across program increments, sprints, and help desk support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
