Field Operator

Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Field Operator to assist Qualified Technicians with various field and shop duties. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are self-starters, possess a strong work ethic, and have a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Technicians with various tasks.
* Support DRA drivers with deliveries.
* Perform yard duties including snow clearing, grass cutting, weed whipping, and yard harrowing.
* Manage water systems.
* Maintain records and documentation, and conduct pre-use checks.
* Carry out monthly safety, equipment, and vehicle checks.
* Perform general building housekeeping.
* Pressure wash equipment.
* Potentially support other stations or Rights of Way (ROW).
* Execute any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
* 0-3 years of experience in a related field such as construction, oil and gas, or mechanical.
* Valid class 5 driver's license.
* Basic knowledge of common tools and equipment.
* Ability to work flexible hours at short notice, including evenings and weekends.
* Strong commitment to safety.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to perform manual labor outdoors.
