  • Pay Rate: $46.50/hour, depending on experience

Raise is currently hiring an Inventory Analyst & Warehouse Technician on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client, is a Liquids Pipelines Company operating with more than 4,000 kilometers of crude oil pipelines in North America providing low-risk, liquids transportation and storage business, safely moving oil between some of the world’s most critical markets

Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.

Description 

The Warehouse Technician in this role will be responsible for the daily physical and systematic management of inventory. This role ensures that all materials—from project staging to repairable—are accurately received, stored, and issued. You will act as a key link between physical operations and the ERP system (Dynamics 365/SAP), maintaining high standards of data integrity and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Operations: Execute all goods receipts for inventory materials, ensuring physical counts match shipping documentation. Process all inventory part requests and manage returns efficiently.
  • System Management: Maintain accurate digital records by posting Work Order (WO) Item Journals and updating stock movements in the ERP system.
  • Project Support: Facilitate "Project Staging" by organizing and kitting materials for upcoming capital projects and managing the return of unused project materials.
  • Quality & Audits: Participate in and lead cycle counts and periodic inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy. Assist the Inventory Analyst in reviewing Min/Max levels and adjusting stock as needed.
  • Repairables Handling: Track repairable inventory items and coordinate with the Analyst to create Requisitions/POs for refurbished stock.
  • Operational Readiness: Respond to on-call/after-hours requests as needed to support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Proficiency with Dynamics 365 or SAP ERP systems is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety stock calculations, Lead Time analysis, and EOQ (Economic Order Quantity).
  • Experience moving a part from "Receipt" to "Work Order" to "Disposal/Return."
  • Excel Proficiency ability to manipulate inventory data outside of the ERP.
  • Must hold a valid Forklift Operator Certification.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Education and certifications 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Inventory Management Certification is a strong asset.
