We’re Hiring! Our key client is growing like crazy and adding a WCF D&C Fluids Specialist to their team.
Pay Rate: $38.00 – $44.00/hour on W2, depending on experience
Work Type: Onsite – Prudhoe Bay, AK 99734
Work Schedule: 12.5 hours daily | 3X3 weekly
Duration: 12-month contract with a high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
Additional Details: Standard Driver’s License and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required
Job Overview:
Responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The Fluids Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
* Responsible for service delivery execution.
* Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
* Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
* Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
* Provide onsite services under general supervision by testing, measuring and supervising the operation of fluid pumping and mixing, which includes technical analysis in addition to specific product and practical recommendations for the control of fluid properties.
* Handling the logistics of trucks bringing mud to from location.
* Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
* Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
* Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
* Maintain the required safety training.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* NEST training and LVT is required.
