Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.

Overview

* Provide day to day coordination and digital workflow support to Construction Managers (CMs) so that field execution stays safe, compliant, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

* General CM Support

* Maintain current plans/schedules/scopes
* Apply lessons learned
* Triage stakeholder requests and manage third party system access.

* Kahua Management

* Assign owners/dates, track deliverables to gates
* Publish look ahead status onboard users and fix access/training issues.

* Close Out

* Drive as built and checklist completion
* Clear deficiencies
* Finalize turnover artifacts.

* Enter MOCs

* Assign stakeholders
* Follow up on actions to closure.

* Meetings & Actions

* Set up logistics
* Record minutes
* Manage the action register
* Prep and distribute decks/notes.

* Departmental Support

* Meeting logistics
* Track mandatory training
* Disseminate routine updates
* Maintain Org Chart, Inspector Database, and Work Type Management Plans.

* Run low complexity projects, develop construction estimates, other discrete project components with CM oversight.
* Distributes AMP Active Dig Location KMZ updates to support field coordination. (10-28-2025 AMP Active Dig Location KMZ, etc.)
* Drives Kahua training comms and tracks completion nudges for inspectors/CMs.
* Issues QA reminders and coordinates coating form improvements with the Kahua team.
* Co-authors weekly portfolio status in POM Weekly Updates.
* Coordinate system access for new inspectors, including Kahua and Workday platforms.
* Assign mandatory Workday trainings in accordance with company policy.
* Track and monitor training completion for all AMP inspectors to maintain full compliance across the group.
* Serve as a point of contact for onboarding-related questions and troubleshooting access issues.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate onboarding processes.

Qualifications

* College or university education and experience in pipeline/station construction.
* Minimum of 4 years’ related experience in construction.
* Capable of working independently, managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
* Problem solves issues through use of standards, modification of standards and/or previous experience.
* Effectively communicates technical issues and impacts to other technical and non-technical staff.
