Responsabilités :
- Conception mécanique d'équipements de soutien au sol utilisés pour la fabrication, l'assemblage ou la livraison d'antennes, de charges utiles ou d'équipements électroniques spatiaux.
- Comprendre les spécifications du client
- Proposer de nouveaux concepts pour répondre à ces exigences
- Sélectionner/concevoir des composants en fonction des contraintes Intégrer les concepts issus des analyses électriques, de fabrication, d'alignement, thermiques et structurelles dans des modèles 3D
- Développer des dessins de détail et d'assemblage, des listes de pièces et des guides d'utilisation
- Assurer le suivi des opérations des fournisseurs de composants
- Apporter un soutien à l'utilisation des équipements conçus et assemblés lors des activités d'intégration et de test.
Qualifications minimales requises :
- Baccalauréat en génie mécanique, génie aérospatial, génie de la production automatisée ou équivalent
- Capacité à travailler en équipe Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en conception mécanique
- Bonnes compétences en communication
- Maîtrise de MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project et MS Excel
- Qualifications souhaitées :
Bilinguisme (anglais/français)
- Expérience en conception mécanique d'outillages et de gabarits
- Connaissance de la tolérance géométrique et des normes de dessin. Compétences en conception CAO (Siemens NX, Creo ou Catia).

Responsibilities:
- Mechanical design of ground support equipment used to manufacture/assemble or deliver antennas, payloads, or space electronics.
- Understand customer specifications
- Suggest new concepts to meet these requirements.
- Select/design components according to constraints Integrate concepts from electrical, manufacturing, alignment, thermal and structural analysis into 3D models
- Develop detail and assembly drawings, parts lists and user guides
- Monitor operations of component suppliers
- Support the use of designed and assembled equipment during integration and testing activities.
Minimum qualifications required:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, automated production engineering, or equivalent
- Ability to work as part of a team Minimum 2 years' experience in mechanical design
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project and MS Excel
Preferred qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Experience in mechanical design of tooling and jigs
- Knowledge of geometric tolerancing, drawing standards, CAD design skills (Siemens NX, Creo or Catia)
- Knowledge of the space industry
