Client Services Representative – Advanced
- Location: Mississauga, ON—Hybrid (Currently 3 days in office)
- Pay Rate: $26.29/hr
- Contract Length: 6 Months with a possibility of extension
We at Raise are hiring a Client Services Representative – Advanced for one of our top clients. Responsibilities:
- Monitoring daily cash balances and ensuring OD balances are cleared in a timely manner.
- Responding to client queries. This involves working with other department operations teams for support.
- Receiving and vetting cash instructions and asset transfer instructions before submitting for processing.
- Provide guidance to other teams on regulatory requirements to process OSFI account instructions.
- Follow unique procedures and controls involved with processing OSFI-regulated account instructions to avoid inappropriate releases of cash or assets.
Must-have Skills:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
- Team-oriented with strong client service and cross-functional relationship management skills
- Strong written communication skills, with frequent client interaction via email
- Completion of relevant industry-related courses
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be helpful
Nice-to-have Skills:
- University or college degree
- Strong working knowledge
- Experience in custody services
