Raise is currently hiring a Facilities, Fleet and Travel Program Specialist on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client, is a Liquids Pipelines Company operating with more than 4,000 kilometers of crude oil pipelines in North America providing low-risk, liquids transportation and storage business, safely moving oil between some of the world’s most critical markets

Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.

Description

The Facilities, Fleet, and Travel Program Specialist will support  our  clients 500+ employee facilities and office services ecosystem across the business. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong judgment, operates independently with limited support, and takes full accountability for outcomes—not just activity.

The role encompasses facilities operations, fleet and travel programs, and oversight of third-party office services vendors. It is a highly autonomous position that offers meaningful scope, visibility, and trust, and requires proactivity, clear communication, and the ability to manage complex systems end-to-end with minimal oversight

Responsibilities            

  • Facilities & Office Services Ownership
  • Execute day-to-day facilities operations across all company locations, including headquarters in Calgary, a primary office in Houston, and more than 20 additional sites across the network.
  • Manage landlord relationships, service contracts, and office services vendors (cleaning, security, emergency repairs, parking, floor plans, generators, general maintenance, etc.).
  • Independently manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs, escalating only when necessary.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Manage space planning, office moves, upgrades, and minor renovations with clear accountability for scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Establish and maintain clear documentation, standards, and operating rhythms for facilities management.
  • Real Estate Operations
  • Maintain and plan for 20+ leases, including renewals and terminations as needed.
  • Partner with leadership and internal stakeholders to execute a dynamic real estate strategy.
  • Support lease negotiations, site selection, and occupancy planning as required.
  • Maintain accurate, decision-ready reporting for real estate assets and obligations.
  • Fleet Program
  • Fully own the company’s 300+ vehicle fleet program, including vehicle lifecycle management.
  • Effectively administer the third-party provider of fleet services.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance, registration, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement cost, utilization, and performance improvements.
  • Corporate Travel Program
  • Own the corporate travel program and manage relationships with the third-party travel agent, preferred vendors, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in cost management, traveler experience, and reporting.
  • Provide leadership with clear insights and recommendations based on travel data.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in facilities, real estate operations, or corporate services.
  • Demonstrated experience owning programs end-to-end—not just coordinating tasks.
  • Proven ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage vendors with authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a bias toward clarity, follow-through, and accountability.
  • Comfortable operating in an environment with high accountability and limited direction.
  • Ability to manage challenging stakeholders while maintaining professionalism and control.
  • Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
