We’re Hiring! Our key client is growing like crazy and adding a Electro/Mechanical Technician to their team.
Pay Rate: Up to $30.00/hour, depending on experience.
Work Location: Onsite – Houston, TX 77032
Duration: 12-month contract with possible extension/conversion based on performance and other factors.
Responsibilities:
* Assists in analysis, modification and design of products and services for assigned projects which requires working knowledge of materials, components, and their applications.
* Perform routine and non-routine testing and analyzing processes with demonstrated proficiency.
* Complete new tasks.
* Utilize latitude for problem-solving to address technical issues as they arise.
* Follow established procedures strictly to ensure quality and consistency.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Skills typically acquired through 1-2 years of experience working in a related technician capacity.
* Proven assembly skills.
* Proficient soldering skills.
* Demonstrated wiring ability.
* Strong electro-mechanical ability.
* Proven ability to follow complex procedures.
