Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.

Job Overview:

* The Billing Support Analyst provides daily operational and analytical support across several key customer and billing functions. This role supports critical integrations and processes that enable seamless customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day functional support related to (but not limited to):

* Meter reading,
* Billing and financial invoicing,
* Customer management module issues,
* Work order integration
* Service address issues that impact our ability to bill over three million customers each month.
* Manage other related "How To" questions, Adhoc reports/queries, QRAM, Deferral Variance, and Downstream Systems Integration.

Collaboration:

* Work closely with internal stakeholders, business partners, and external vendors to drive system enhancements and operational improvements.
* Participate in the evaluation and implementation of system changes that increase productivity and elevate customer satisfaction.

Communication:

* Communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Prepare written communications and provide verbal updates that include the collection, interpretation, and explanation of data.
* Translate technical system issues into business impacts and actionable next steps for non-technical audiences.
