Hybrid Interaction/Visual Designer
- Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid – (4 days working from office
- and 1 day working from home)
- Pay Rate: $60.39/hr – $71.31/hr
- Contract Length: 12 Months
We at Raise are hiring a Hybrid Interaction/Visual Designer for one of our top clients. After establishing themselves as an industry leader, they’re now expanding their team to meet rising demand. Responsibilities:
- Our team works in a fast-paced environment with a very large project scope. The ability to collaborate with and educate partners on best design practices, communicate design rationale, and understand the impact of business goals on.
- Design is a key part of the role.
- We’re looking for someone who has experience working with established brands in various spaces to ensure respect for guidelines but still wants a creative who can bring interesting ideas to the table after they’ve learned the limits of the brand sandbox.
- Understanding project/user journey depth is more important than working on an individual page basis.
Must have skills:
- 7–10 years of visual design experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proficiency in Figma
- Has experience working within established brand design systems.
- A balance of product and marketing design focus.
- The ability to solve complex user problems and build solution flows
Nice to have skills:
- French language proficiency
- Understanding of front-end development limitations
- Understands current marketing avenues and trends
- Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative design environment
- Interest in AI content design trends like AEO
