We’re Hiring! Our key client in the Legal industry is looking for additional members to their team. We have Hospitality Specialist role on the team.
Pay Rate: $26.00-$27.00/hour on W2
Work Type: Remote – 50 miles within Approved HUB Locations
Work Hours: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Hours may fluctuate
Duration: 3 months with possible extension
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for creating a warm and inclusive environment, providing exceptional customer service to visitors and internal clients.
* Additionally, you will serve as the Meeting Coordinator, ensuring the seamless planning, execution, and follow-up of various meetings and events within our community.
* Your passion for building strong connections and your impeccable organizational skills will be key in fostering a thriving and engaged community.
* This role reports to the Lead Guest Services Associate or the Client Relations Manager
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
* Minimum 1 year of experience.
* Ability to understand client inquiries and provide effective responses.
* Experience in using Microsoft Office products and applications.
* Understands the importance of delivering added value to clients.
* Team player who can keep a positive attitude, motivate peers, and build relationships.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of any client information.
* Displays a pleasant and cheerful disposition at all times.
