Project Manager – ERP Systems
- Pay Rate: $88.33/hour, depending on experience

Description
The Project Manager, in this role will be responsible for leading complex projects through their entire lifecycle—from initial analysis and design to final implementation. You will sit at the intersection of IT and Supply Chain, ensuring that procurement-focused technology projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with our client Technology Services (BTS) standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage Supply Chain / Procurement / IT Project work
- Manage all phases of project work including all process work that is necessary to move projects through their life cycle
- Generate project status reports and documentation necessary to move work through processes
- Work effectively in multi-stakeholder project environment to achieve alignment on project outcomes.
- PM activities will include:
- Lead project delivery, planning, management and control of project schedules, costs, and deliverables.
- Effectively keep management and stakeholders informed and up to date.
- Simultaneously lead multiple complex projects through the analysis, design, development, and implementation of information technologies
- Provide reporting on project progress and performance as guided by BTS Project Portfolio reporting expectations.
- Conduct business analysis activities including documenting and gathering requirements, process mapping, and gap analysis to inform project scope and deliverables.
- Within the project phases above, the following processes are to be performed as applicable:
- Build and manage project schedule. Assign and track tasks to core project team members.
- Daily Project stand-ups
- Bi-weekly management updates
- Perform project management processes for scope, integration, time, cost, risk, quality, human resources, communication, and procurement
- Manage project issues, actions, risks, and key decision items
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience, specifically within an IT and Supply Chain/Procurement context.
- Proven track record of delivering Supply Chain Management (SCM) projects for large ERP systems, with a specific focus on SAP.
- Expertise in MS Project for the Web, Planner, and Jira.
- Experience with leveraging SAP for financial data access and project reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
- Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science
