We’re Hiring! Our key client is growing adding a Cable Technician I to their team.
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr on W2, depending on experience.
Work Location: Onsite – Powell, WY 82435
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 am – 4:00 pm | Weekends/nights as needed.
Duration: 6-month contract with possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
Responsibilities:
* Performs basic operations to test and repair downhole cable for submersible pumps and motor equipment.
* Receives cable and carries out basic tests.
* Perform basic repairs and learn how to splice cable.
* Complete paperwork to send cable to inventory or the field.
* Learn all relevant company HSE policies and procedures.
* Demonstrate the application of HSE policies and procedures into daily duties.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Forklift experience preferred.
* Consistently maintains perfect attendance and on-time arrival for all shifts.
* Quick to learn new skills and effectively apply professional feedback.
* Brings high energy and a strong work ethic to fast-paced environments.
* Machinery/tools used: Forklift, hand tools.
