Interaction Designer
- Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid – (4 days in office a week; Wednesday working remotely)
- Pay Rate: $72.47/hr – $85.57/hr
- Contract Length: 12 months

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other designers (Content, Research, Visual) to solve a client problem through design thinking
- Propose and participate in user research to help define the problem we are solving
- Work with the product team to translate product strategy into a design
- Propose and participate in user testing of designs
- Work with the Component team to create reusable design elements and patterns
- Present their work to the wider team and product/tech stakeholders
- Collaborate with design leadership to further our design strategy
Must-have Skills
- Experience with native mobile applications
- Proficiency in Figma and design system components
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Ability to identify what we need to test and what we need to measure in production.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience in the banking industry
- Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mural, and Slack
- AI literacy, including familiarity with AI tools and concepts
