Bilingual Recruitment Administrator (English/French) – Remote
Job Summary
The Bilingual Recruitment Administrator provides internal administrative and operational support to the recruitment team. This role plays a key part in ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly by supporting candidate screening, maintaining accurate data, preparing documentation, and managing bilingual recruitment materials. The position is fully internal and does not involve direct client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess French language proficiency.
- Support the recruitment process through administrative and coordination activities.
- Accurately enter, edit, and maintain job descriptions and candidate information in internal systems.
- Translate job descriptions, resumes, and recruitment-related documents between English and French.
- Assist Account Managers and recruiters with administrative tasks, data management, and internal coordination.
- Update and enhance recruitment postings and materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and inclusivity.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date recruitment records with a high level of attention to detail.
- Support internal meetings and follow-ups related to recruitment activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with internal processes and data handling standards.
- Complete candidate submissions in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) in accordance with internal processes and timelines.
Qualifications & Skills
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
- Strong administrative and data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Comfortable working with recruitment systems and databases.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a staffing agency, recruitment environment, or similar fast-paced, service-oriented role.
- Experience with document translation or bilingual content preparation.
- Familiarity with recruitment workflows and candidate tracking systems.
