  • Location: Burnaby, British Columbia ( open to remote candidates based in the Lower Mainland)
  • The role is part-time to full-time depending on the business needs.

Raise is currently hiring an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Learning on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client, is one of the largest electrical energy suppliers in Canada

Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.

Description

The SuccessFactors LMS Consultant in this role will lead the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning module. This role requires deep functional expertise in LMS administration, hands on experience developing custom reports, and strong capability in managing system releases, refreshes, and incident workflows across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors LMS, including items, curricula, programs, assignment profiles, and security roles.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable LMS solutions and enhancements.
  • Build and maintain custom LMS reports using PRD, Advanced Reporting, Canvas/Story, and other SuccessFactors reporting tools.
  • Manage and track incidents, service requests, and problem tickets using ServiceNow and JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Support and coordinate SuccessFactors releases, regression testing, and validation of new features across preview and production environments.
  • Lead and execute LMS instance refreshes, including data validation, configuration alignment, and post refresh testing.
  • Utilize SAP ChaRM to manage change requests, transport management, and controlled deployment of LMS configuration changes.
  • Troubleshoot LMS issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with SAP Support as needed.
  • Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to administrators and end users.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS in a consulting or system administration role.
  • Proven experience developing custom LMS reports (PRD, Advanced Reporting, Canvas/Story Report).
  • Strong understanding of LMS data models, schemas, and reporting logic.
  • Experience managing incidents and service workflows using ServiceNow and JIRA.
  • Working knowledge of SAP ChaRM for change and transport management.
  • Experience supporting SuccessFactors releases, including regression testing and release validation.
  • Experience performing LMS instance refreshes and post-refresh configuration/data alignment.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
  • Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and supporting LMS enhancements.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • SQL or XML experience for advanced report customization.
  • Experience with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, or middleware tools.
  • Knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules (EC, PM/GM, Onboarding).
  • Creation & development experience in Plateau Report Designer (PRD).
  • Education and Certifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or Business Administration
  • SuccessFactors LMS certification.

Additional Information 

  • The role is part-time to full-time, depending on the business needs, 3 Days per Week 
  • Every contractor must supply their own Windows 11 Laptop computer for the duration of the assignment.
  • Every contractor must supply their own “Smart Phone”. This is needed to gain access to the organization’s network.
