We’re Hiring! Our key client is growing like crazy and adding a Manufacturing Assembler (Direct Hire) to their team.
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $23.00/hour, depending on experience.
Work Type: Onsite – Florence, KY 41042
Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 1st Shift | 10-hour
Additional Information: Standard Driver's License and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
* Assemble components of all Product Lines.
* Select correct tools and fixtures.
* Test assembled products.
* Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.
* Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
* Create labor records for all transactions.
* Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* 1-2 years of experience.
