Shipper
- Pay Rate: $22.00/hour on W2
- Contract Length: 3 months with a possibility of extension or conversion but no guarantee
- Location: Montgomeryville, PA 18936 (Onsite)
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Must be flexible for overtime (early starts and/or late finishes)

Overview
- The Shipper is responsible for staging, packing, wrapping, and shipping products to customers while supporting production packaging functions and maintaining on-time delivery (OTD).
- The role ensures accountability and compliance with security standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Shipping & Order Processing
- Prepare customer orders using pick lists.
- Print labels and follow order-specific packing instructions.
- Wrap and strap pallets and cartons.
- Handle shipping transactions with secure and common carriers.
- Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure proper handling of products.
- Communicate shipment issues to Customer Service as needed.
- Restack and repackage pallets/cartons from other sites.
- Prep card bodies from sister sites per production schedule.
- Material Handling & Warehouse Support
- Load and unload trucks.
- Utilize lifting equipment (fork truck, electric hand truck, Clark truck).
- Provide backup support to Receiving and Techno Kitter teams.
- Inventory raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor stock levels and notify purchasing for consumable reorders.
- Deliver goods and materials throughout the plant and office.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to obtain and maintain license to operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklift).
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant shipping experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate proactivity.
- Basic math skills (counting); cycle counting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Oracle experience highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous shipping experience.
- Forklift license and/or operator experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
