Senior Program Manager
- Pay Rate: $78.57/hour on W2
- Contract Length: 8 months with possible extension and/or conversion

- Work Schedule: 1st Shift | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work Type: Hybrid – In-Office (Mon – Thu) | Remote (Fri)

Overview
- The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end program and project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholder expectations, and delivery timelines.
- This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage complex initiatives across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Program & Project Leadership
- Build, own, and maintain end-to-end project plans, including tasks, milestones, and dependencies
- Lead recurring project meetings: prepare agendas, drive discussions, assign action items, and track follow-ups
- Monitor projects and oversee project managers to ensure timelines, scope, and goals are met
- Identify, escalate, and proactively resolve issues through cross-team coordination
- Communicate risks and issues to senior executives, including mitigation strategies and recommendations
- Establish and facilitate program steering committees and stakeholder forums
- Provide project, program, and portfolio-level reporting to senior leadership
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce, WMHS, and WM
- Translate complex information into clear, actionable communications for stakeholders at all levels
- Build and maintain strong relationships to support collaboration and execution
- Work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine business requirements
- Document and maintain key project artifacts, including:
- Requirements documentation
- Process flows
- Status reports
- Decision logs
Execution Excellence
- Track and report progress against project plans; identify risks early and drive mitigation
- Support testing cycles, readiness activities, and change management efforts
