Box Maker – Night Shift

- Work Schedule: 3rd Shift | Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Raise in partnership with ADM are seeking to hire a Box Maker in Erlanger, KY.
Overview
Responsible for assembling, inspecting, and supplying corrugated boxes to support safe, efficient packaging operations throughout the plant.
Responsibilities
- Assemble corrugated boxes according to production specifications.
- Inspect boxes for quality, proper labeling, and structural integrity.
- Supply finished boxes to packaging lines in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with GMP standards.
- Follow all safety, food safety, and quality policies.
- Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervision.
- Assist with other packaging or production tasks as assigned, including cleaning various work areas throughout the facility.
Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
- Requires frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting while standing for extended periods of time.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must comply with GMP requirements, including PPE, hygiene, and dress code standards.
Preferred Skills
- Prior manufacturing or packaging experience.
- Familiarity with food or ingredient production environments.
Working Conditions
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, and temperature variations.
- Required use of PPE (safety shoes, hair/beard nets, hearing and eye protection, lab coats, bump caps, etc.)
- Work is repetitive in nature and requires patience, consistency, and the ability to stay engaged in a routine-based role.
