Program Manager
Pay Rate: $46.17 – $53.35/hour on W2
Work Type: Onsite – Beaverton, OR 97005
Duration: 12-month contract with possible extension
Job Overview:
The Technical Program Manager (TPM) drives strategic initiatives and complex technical programs across cross-functional teams. This role ensures successful delivery of high-impact projects by aligning stakeholders, managing risks, managing go-to-market plans and managing program schedules to ensure timely delivery. The TPM is a key leader in fostering: Innovation, operational excellence and customer-centric outcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Partner with the Engineering, Product, Design and Operations teams to define scope, milestones, and success metrics.
- Drive program planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple teams and geographies.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve cross-functional issues, and ensure timely delivery of program objectives.
- Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
- Develop and maintain Program documentation, Dashboards and Executive-level reporting.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership through Steering committees and Governance forums ensuring transparency, accountability, and strategic alignment.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Organizational policies, Security standards and Regulatory requirements
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical program management, Product operations or Engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.
