We’re Hiring! Our key client is looking for additional members to their team. We have a Box Maker – Day Shift role to team.
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour on W2
Work Type: Onsite
Work Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Duration: 1-month contract with a high possibility of extension
Job Overview:
* Responsible for assembling, inspecting, and supplying corrugated boxes to support safe, efficient packaging operations throughout the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble corrugated boxes according to production specifications.
* Inspect boxes for quality, proper labeling, and structural integrity.
* Supply finished boxes to packaging lines in a timely manner.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with GMP standards.
* Follow all safety, food safety, and quality policies.
* Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervision.
* Assist with other packaging or production tasks as assigned, including cleaning various work areas throughout the facility.
Qualifications:
* Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
* Requires frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting while standing for extended periods of time.
* Basic math and counting skills
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Must comply with GMP requirements, including PPE, hygiene, and dress code standards.
Preferred Skills:
* Prior manufacturing or packaging experience.
* Familiarity with food or ingredient production environments.
