Responsabilités :
- Rédaction technique et vérification de documents de réparation et révision (R&O) pour turbines à gaz : plans de réparation, nettoyage et inspection des pièces (PCI), procédures d'inspection spéciales (SIP), programmes de gestion moteur (EMP).
- Évaluation et décision de disposition concernant des composants ayant servi en exploitation, en vue de leur réutilisation (avec ou sans réparation), tout en assurant l'intégrité du produit.
Compétences, aptitudes et capacités :
- Logiciels : Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, MS Access, Salesforce, SharePoint, OneDrive, PLM2020, Globus.
Compétences essentielles :
- Le candidat doit posséder des connaissances ou une expérience préalable des activités de maintenance, réparation et révision (MRO) pour turbines à gaz (3 à 5 ans).
- Connaissance des composants de turbines à gaz, des plans techniques et du fonctionnement des moteurs.
- Connaissance des techniques et procédures de nettoyage, d'inspection et de réparation.
- Baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou en génie aérospatial.
- Membre de l'OIQ ou admissible à l'être.
Compétences souhaitables :
- Expérience préalable au sein d'un comité de révision des matériaux (MRB) (un atout).

Responsibilities:
- Technical Authoring and verification of R&O documents for Gas Turbines: Repair Scheme, Parts Cleaning and Inspection (PCI), Special Inspection Procedure (SIP), Engine Management Programme (EMP).
- Assessment and sentencing of service-run components for re-use with or without repair while ensuring product integrity.
Competences, Skills and Abilities:
- Software: Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, MS Access, Sales Force, SharePoint, oneDrive, PLM2020, Globus
Must have skills:
- The candidate must have knowledge or past experience on MRO activities for Gas Turbines (3-5 years)
- Knowledge of gas turbine components, drawings and engine operation.
- Knowledge of Cleaning, Inspection and Repair techniques and procedures.
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Member of OIQ or eligible
Nice to have skills:
- Previous MRB experience (asset)
