Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Description
As an SAP CRM & AO Techno-Functional Analyst you will be the critical bridge between our clients business banking strategies and our technical execution. You won’t just be "gathering requirements"; you will be the architect of the functional lifecycle.
In this role, you will ensure that our SAP CRM and Account Origination (AO) systems are perfectly tuned to support the organizations strategic goals. You possess the rare ability to dive deep into the One Order Framework while simultaneously translating complex technical constraints into clear business value for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT, ensuring technical solutions align with the organizations operational needs.
- Lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Case Management, and Call Center).
- Perform hands-on configuration while providing guidance on custom code development to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Support and oversee the seamless integration of SAP CRM with peripheral platforms, including Salesforce.
- Own the lifecycle from initial requirement gathering to SIT/UAT, ensuring a smooth transition to production.
- Author comprehensive technical specifications, functional design documents, and user manuals that serve as the "source of truth" for the platform.
Qualifications
- 8 to 10+ years in SAP environments, with 3 to 5 years working in a Techno-Functional capacity.
- Deep SAP CRM Expertise, with proven experience with the One Order Framework and core modules, including Sales, Service, Marketing, Case Management, and Call Center functionality.
- Ability to manage the full functional lifecycle—from initial requirement gathering to system implementation—while possessing the technical knowledge to guide custom code development.
- Specific experience managing financial domain processes and configurations within the SAP Account Origination framework.
- Experience supporting and optimizing integrations between SAP CRM and external platforms (such as Salesforce) to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a bridge between technical development teams and non-technical business stakeholders to translate complex needs into functional solutions.
- Proficiency in executing and overseeing Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality, bug-free deployments.
- Experience with producing high-standard deliverables, including detailed functional design specifications, technical user manuals, and training materials.
- Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Commerce
- Preferred Certifications (SAP Certified Application Associate – CRM, SAP Certified Development Associate – ABAP with SAP NetWeaver, SAP Certified Associate – SAP Activate Project Manager, Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder)
