Analyste des réclamations I (français/anglais)

  • Taux horaire : 22,50 $/heure
  • Durée du contrat : 12 mois
  • Lieu : Ontario/Québec (à distance)
  • Horaire de travail : 9 h 00 à 17 h 00
  • Formation : Une formation de 2 jours aura lieu sur Teams. Elle pourrait être prolongée selon le contenu de la formation.

Aperçu du poste 

  • L’analyste des réclamations I (AR1) traite l’ensemble des réclamations et de la correspondance afin d’assurer l’atteinte des objectifs et des priorités de l’équipe. L’AR1 contribue également à répondre aux attentes des clients internes et externes en matière de traitement des réclamations et de respect des ententes de niveau de service.

Responsabilités

  • Suivre les procédures écrites et les scripts
  • Utiliser des outils logiciels exclusifs pour accéder aux documents de réclamation, les examiner, saisir les décisions et créer des escalades au besoin
  • Communiquer immédiatement à la direction tout obstacle à l’exécution du travail
  • Atteindre et dépasser les attentes du service en matière de précision et de productivité
  • Utiliser les processus documentés de l’équipe afin d’assurer la conformité aux normes du service
  • Effectuer la saisie et la vérification des données

Qualifications

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent (GED)
  • Excellente attention aux détails
  • Excellentes compétences en rédaction en anglais
  • Capacité à travailler de longues périodes devant un poste informatique
  • Compétences démontrées en analyse de données
  • Bilinguisme (français/anglais) requis, puisque le travail se fera principalement en français

 

Claims Analyst I (French/English)

  • Pay Rate: $22.50/hour
  • Contract Length: 12 months
  • Location: Ontario/Quebec (Remote)
  • Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Training Schedule: There will be a 2-day Teams training. It may go longer depending on the training material

Overview

  • The Claims Analyst 1 (CA1) works on the full range of claims and correspondence to ensure the satisfaction of the goals and priorities of the team. The CA1 also does their part to meet expectations of internal and external clients with respect to claim handling and Service Level Agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Follows written procedures and scripts.
  • Uses proprietary software tools to access and review claim documents, enter claim decisions, and create escalations when needed.
  • Communicates immediately to leadership all obstacles to completing work.
  • Meets and exceeds departmental expectations for accuracy and productivity.
  • Utilizes documented team processes to ensure compliance with departmental standards.
  • Data entry and verification.

Qualifications

  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written English language skills
  • Ability to sit at a computer workstation for long periods of time
  • Demonstrated skill in analyzing data
  • Bilingual (French/English) analysts required as the work will be mostly in French.
