IT Project Manager – Senior
- Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (1 day a week and every second Friday)
- Pay Rate: $63.34/hr – $74.77/hr
- Contract Length: 9 Months with a possibility of extension

Responsibilities:
- Define test plans and ensure that products are defect-free before User Acceptance Testing.
- Develop, track, and manage project budget, project plans, timelines, and scope.
- Effectively oversee project staff (direct reports, matrixed reports, contractors, and interns), delegating work to appropriate leads.
- Efficiently communicate to stakeholders to manage expectations and project progress.
- Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized.
- Ensure that necessary risk assessments are continually reviewed and monitored and proactively addressed in a timely fashion.
- Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing processes and developing rollout plans and procedures.
- Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
- Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors.
- Manage medium- to large-scale projects working collaboratively with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical resources.
- Manage project resources, including procuring project staff, developing, motivating, coaching, and advising.
- Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements.
- Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses.
- Successfully plan, execute, control, and close projects against defined scope and budget using banking procedures and policies.
Must Have Requirement
- 8+ years of experience as IT Project Manager experience
- 8+ years Strong project budget management background
- 8+ years Infrastructure project management experience
- 8+ years Experience with managing waterfall/Agile projects
- 5 years Experience with SharePoint/Jira and Confluence
- 5+ years Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies
- 3+ years Experience with cybersecurity project delivery
- Strong experience with project governance
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- PMP Certification
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for ITSM
- Working knowledge of security and cloud technologies
- Prior experience using Planview or Clarity as a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool
- Cyber security technologies certification or working towards certification
