Product Manager
- Pay Rate: $59.4 – $73.6.hr
- Work Location: Mississauga, ON
- Contract Length: 14 Months, Onsite
We at Raise are hiring a Product Manager for one of our top clients. After establishing themselves as an industry leader, they’re now expanding their team to meet rising demand.
Marketing Execution & Activation
· Translate brand strategy into clear, integrated tactical plans that support business objectives
· Lead the execution of integrated tactical plans across multiple channels, ensuring strong alignment with brand strategy
· Develop and execute Direct to Consumer (DTC) strategy and activation, where applicable
· Leverage digital and multichannel tactics in collaboration with the Sales team to drive executional excellence, product differentiation, and customer loyalty
· Partner with external agencies to develop, review, and deliver high-quality marketing materials in compliance with internal and external requirements
· Management of sample program and warehouse inventory of tools
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner closely with Sales, Analytics, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and other key internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective development and implementation of strategies and tactics
· Support field execution through strong collaboration with Sales leadership and the field team
· Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with regulatory, legal, and compliance standards
Insights, Analytics & Optimization
· Contribute to ongoing assessment of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs
· Leverage primary and secondary market research to inform brand strategy and tactical decision-making
· Utilize analytics and performance metrics to optimize marketing initiatives and continuously improve impact
· Incorporate customer and field feedback to refine messaging and execution
Operational Excellence
· Manage budget for projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets
· Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget execution
· Support internal review processes and ensure materials progress smoothly through approval pathways
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in life sciences, business, or marketing preferred
· Minimum of 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, with product management experience strongly preferred
· Experience in HIV, infectious disease, or specialty care is an asset
· Demonstrated experience leading digital and multichannel marketing initiatives
· Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) pharmaceutical marketing campaigns is an asset
· Proven ability to effectively partner with and manage external agencies to develop high-quality marketing campaigns and materials
· Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging market research and performance data
· Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder-management skills
